Just a quick note to thank you for the wonderful job you did on detailing my Escape. You amazed me.
Also, for taking the time to check my house gutters and prepare me for winter. But most of all: thank you for the phone calls, first to ask about the vehicle upholstery, then to let me know you had checked the gutters while I was absent from the house and third, to confirm the results of the check and to advise me of "no charge".
That kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days and I so greatly appreciated it. Never give that up! It puts you a cut about anyone else.
